Booking will be confirmed only after receiving an advance payment 50% of the total package cost.

The balance amount must be paid before the start of the journey / at check-in.

All bookings are subject to availability of hotels/vehicles at the time of confirmation.

Vehicle will be provided strictly as per itinerary (not on disposal).

AC will not be operated in hilly areas.

Driver will follow fixed timings & routes. Any additional use will be chargeable.

Check-in & check-out as per hotel/homestay rules (generally 12 PM / 11 AM).

Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability & hotel discretion.

In case of non-availability, similar category hotel/homestay will be provided.

Meals are provided as per package inclusion (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Snacks).

Additional meals, special dietary requests, or beverages will be chargeable

The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.

Any additional expenses due to such events shall be borne by the traveler.

The company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage during the trip.

Travelers must carry valid Government-issued ID proof during the journey.

Any damage caused to hotel property/vehicle during the trip will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Package cost does not cover personal expenses, entry fees, adventure activities, or tips unless specified.

The travel company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary under unavoidable circumstances.
